The room was so much better than I expected. I was thrilled. It was so clean, well stocked and had a full kitchen?! Amazing
Nothing it was awesome

I love the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel.
The don't do a very good job of honoring your online room reservations or requests. Twice now, I've booked a handicap accessible room and had to take a regular room upon arrival because they claimed to not have any available, even though online they showed availability! Very disappointed especially because I am disabled and being put all the way on the 3rd floor in a regular room is difficult for me!
