Very close to Victoria Station where you can catch the bus, reaching easily pretty much every corner of the island. Communication with the host was great. Very quiet during the night for a good sleep.
A little bit dusty (I guess it's a problem of the entire island) but probably the cleanliness could be improved. Noisy in the morning due to some construction work at the front house but that's out of the owner's control - (The entire island is undergoing renovation work). Some more cutlery/ pans would be appreciated. Some cupboard were old.

It is located 2-3 minutes from the centre. The app has beautiful terrace on the roof. The Host is great guy, talkative and helpful.

Location, The Charm, Manuel was very nice
The shower wasn't clean and one of the apartments lacked hot water. We didn't think it was an issue so we didn't say anything, we just thought the 1st person took a long shower leaving the 2nd person no hot water.... but then the next day, there still wasn't hot water. Fixable, but we didn't know.
Second, I was aware that the walls are thin and it is loud outside..... just bring earplugs and it is fine. The place is charming.
