Logement grand et spacieux, équipé
Linge de maison (draps et serviettes) très propres
Bien situé (plage en bas de l’hôtel peu fréquentée, centre et arrêt de bus à 500m)
Très belle piscine propre et entretenue tout comme la résidence
Lieu calme par rapport à quelques mètres plus loin
Réactivité de l’agence au top et très bonnes indications pour le Check in/out ! Enregistrez vous en amont de votre voyage ! Il aurait juste fallu indiquer que le numéro du bâtiment est à l’intérieur de la résidence et pas sur la route (nous avions mis un moment avant de trouver à notre arrivée)
Nous avons passé une belle semaine à Tenerife !
Résidence très bruyante, les locaux ne sont pas très respectueux, ils parlent fort jusque tard la nuit et il y’a du bruit toute la journée avec les enfants à la piscine… le vivre ensemble peut être compliqué. Nous partions tous les jours en balade heureusement mais si vous voulez du repos ce n’est pas l’idéal. Il y a aussi une énorme résidence qui se construit à côté vous avez les bruits du chantier…
Mais ça le propriétaire et l’agence n’y sont pas pour grand chose d’où la note qui est très bonne pour l’ensemble. 😊
Il n’y a qu’un ventilateur dans tout l’appartement (il en faudrait 1 par chambre à minima ou encore la climatisation dans l’idéal)
Nous avions un peu chaud la nuit et nous n’étions pas encore en pleine saison…
Je n’avais pas fait attention mais le logement est sur 3 étages, les chambres et salle de bain au -1 et terrasse au +1
(2 escaliers en colimaçon qui ne sont clairement pas adaptés aux jeunes enfants et personnes à mobilité réduite, personnes âgées..)
Nous n’étions pas concernés mais se serait plus adapté de le spécifier dans l’annonce..
Il manque quelques éléments indispensables , je pense notamment aux pinces à linge, à un étendoir plus grand car un peu dommage d’avoir une machine à laver et pas la place pour étendre le linge (il y’a juste un petit étendoir sur le balcon)
Mais aussi quelques épices : sel , poivre pour éviter de racheter pour pas grand chose 😊

I did like the host and the communication
Very helpful and the area was nice
It was january and there was no heating. They still gave us a mini heater but wasn t enough
The hot water was for a short period and if the shower took longer we would have cold water
The kitchen did not have oil, salt, sugar or basic stuff

Het dakterras en de goede ligging van het appartement.
De keuken was niet goed ingericht: als je wou koken moest je zelf veel basisdingen aanschaffen zoals peper en zout, olie, … . Er waren zelfs geen schoteldoeken en afwasmiddel aanwezig. Er was een wasmachine aanwezig maar geen wasmiddel. Het is toch niet de bedoeling dat je alles zelf aankoopt en daarna laat staan of weggooit?
We hebben ook tweemaal last gehad van ongedierte in de living van het appartement.

Perfect
Bus service to las americas is a 5 min walk away and takes 15 minutes
So that is also perfect
The stairs up and down from the terrace are a tad horrendous and up and down to the bedrooms and bathroom
So not for someone with less mobility
Could of done with cleaning behind things as its a tad dusty, but I cleaned so no problem
