Read the property details provided by the host VERY CAREFULLY.This loft is AMAZING for a fantastic experience in Old Town FOCO. Literally, everything is steps away. The loft is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a nice place to stay. However, there are a few details I wish I would have paid more attention to in the property details:1. Parking - parking is pretty inconvenient, especially at check in time. It is super busy downtown and very difficult to find an open spot to unload and get your personal items up to the loft. Parking downtown is free for only 2 hours, then you must move your vehicle. This can be quite a hassle. The parking garage out back is about a block away from the loft and is NOT that in expensive. At 24 a day, be sure to budget for this. Pay special attention to how long you paid for, because you will get a parking ticket (we did) for 25 for being just past the time you paid for. Parking really became an inconvenience and a factor during our stay. I should have paid more attention to the information provided2. Noise - Old Town FOCO is SUPER BUSY late into the night in the summer. Be prepared for a loud city experience. Especially if you are staying in the front bedroom of unit A. The sound machines were definitely helpful, but we were still woken up multiple times through the night.3. The loft is 2 SEPARATE units. Pay special attention to this detail. You have two separate apartments. It's plenty of space, but it is important to prepare for this.

Great Location and perfect for walking to campus and around town. Very comfortable for weekend stay. A nice feature in each room was a sound machine, much appreciated.

We booked both Apartments for the week of our daughter’s wedding. They are both nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The coffee shop below is great and you can walk to everything! took off stars for the following:
The closets in Apt A were horrible. The master was full of cleaning equipment old lamps etc. I could not hang my dress. The other room had a dresser in it and no hanging space either. The closet in B was great.
We were there for a week and were only given 6 towels per apartment and 4 people per apartment. We did receive more towels after messaging the manager. We had 2 dish towels per apartment the entire time.
Both kitchens have minimal pans/cooking equipment and 1 roll of paper towels.
Apartment A is very noisy from the street below at night. Bring earplugs. Apartment B is quieter, but the garage trucks come very early in the morning and are loud.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. I wish I had known more before arriving and the host needs to pay attention to the length of stay and stock appropriately.
