The hotel was centrally located, with plenty of food options nearby, making it very easy to find halal food.
What I didn't like was the overall cleanliness of the hotel. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors, although the room itself was fine. It was a cheap and cheerful option for a one-night stay, and while there was nothing particularly amazing about it, it did the job for a night's rest. The breakfast selection was very limited, but considering the price, I couldn't expect much more. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff seemed to be rushing guests and lacked customer service awareness. We had to approach them ourselves to ask where to get plates and drinks. They could have been more attentive to customers entering the restaurant and more proactive in offering assistance.Overall, it was an affordable hotel suitable for a short stay, but improvements in cleanliness and customer service would make a big difference.
