About this house rental
Nestled in the heart of a vast, unspoiled natural area, the house is situated on a promontory offering spectacular and exclusive views of the sea. A 5-star natural pool with sandy areas, waterfalls, and a whirlpool positioned along the edge, offering a breathtaking view; the in-ground pool measures 19 x 9 ml and features a sandy area, a waterfall over rocks, and a whirlpool within the pool. (The pool is available from April 20 to October 30). Outdoor veranda where you can use the barbecue. Gazebo overlooking the beach where you can enjoy breakfast, aperitifs, lunch, and dinner with romantic and unforgettable sunsets. Just a few hundred meters away is the ‘Rocco Forte Golf Resort.’ Nearby attractions include a restaurant, the Sciacca thermal baths, artisanal ceramics, archaeological sites (the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, the Greek site of Selinunte), and a sandy beach in the WWF nature reserve (Torre Salsa).
The house is the adjacent, independent annex of the villa where the owner couple resides. Electricity is billed based on actual consumption. The pool and surrounding area are for the EXCLUSIVE USE of the guests.

The house was generally clean and tidy – the only slight drawback was that the dishes were cleaner after our departure than when we left :-). The pool area was exactly as promised. A few wasp traps would be a good idea. The sea view is unparalleled and breathtaking. The stretch of beach, which can be reached in about 15 minutes (with sturdy shoes), was and remains completely private, as a maximum of three people visit it each day. The owners were also not on the property (at least not during our stay), which should have guaranteed complete privacy. What bothered me most overall was the constant and pervasive camera surveillance. In a house of this price range, these should at least be deactivated during your stay, as you wouldn't want to go outside to get your towels in the morning without your clothes on, knowing you're already within the field of view of the first camera. All in all, however, it's a beautiful house with stunning terraces, the likes of which are quite rare.

Our stay at the finca in Sicily was simply fantastic! The finca was beautiful and very well maintained, with a gorgeous, large pool that was perfect for relaxing days in the sun. The location was ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet and exploring the beauty of the island by car. The finca's facilities left nothing to be desired. We would particularly like to emphasise the warm hospitality and the excellent service. We felt completely at home and can highly recommend this accommodation. We would love to come back.

We had a fantastic time in this house. It was exactly what we were looking for: away of the crowd! There are lonely beaches in Sicily! The pool is as fantastic as on the pictures and the terrace in the shade is very relaxing. The hosts are very kind. The house is surrounded by olive trees and the way to the house not easy to find. But the host came to us and helped to find the way. We would definitely recommand the house for families and friends looking for peaceful moments. The kids said that they would love to come back! We would love too!

If you want to relax? I recommend this oasis of tranquility. Hosts are welcoming and very nice and make you feel at home.The landscape is wonderful from the pool and on the terrace.I recommend this little paradise. Iulia & Ovidiu
