We really enjoyed our stay, especially considering the very good price. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped, with two double beds, one single bed, a large TV, all the necessary amenities, and a fairly spacious kitchen.
The distance to public transport could be a downside for some guests. The bus stop was approximately 550 metres away, while the train station was around 900 metres away. This was not a major issue for us, as we are used to walking. The windows did not have mosquito screens, and there was no particular view, as they faced neighbouring building walls or trees. Another aspect was the strict quiet hours and the emphasis on carefully sorting waste, even though not all the necessary bins were provided. We later encountered similar practices in other accommodations in Japan, so this seems to be fairly common.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the excellent price was definitely one of the biggest advantages.

It was a reasonable price
It was not clean, there was garbage in the back patio, dishes were dirty, walls had food or whatever spatters on them in several locations, the fridge, microwave and drawers were dirty as well as the “slippers” they left for us to wear. The shower curtain was covered in mold, but the worst part is that they management’s response was slow and they wanted me to send pictures before they were willing to address anything. By the time they had agreed to send someone to resolve the issues, it was 9:30 at night and Since we just wanted to shower and go to bed, we just asked them to replace the shower curtain. Well, they wouldn’t just replace the shower curtain and instead spent the next hour cleaning the shower curtain and the other items. They insisted I get up and show them each thing each time and then inspect it again when they were done. It was a pretty miserable experience just to get a non moldy shower curtain and enough dish soap to rewash all the gross dishes.
