About this house rental
Beautifully positioned lakeside Villa located in the exclusive Formosa Gardens estate. One of Orlando's most prestigious gated community.
The villa is ideally located for access to Disney parks and facilities. It makes an ideal base for family trips to Orlandos attractions and surrounding areas, so close to Disney but yet tranquilly located next to the lake.
The large pool deck overlooking Star Lake provides a secluded area for relaxation in the 42' x 22' pool and 9 ft Hot Tub.
The split level deck area covers 40' x 60' with its south by south west exposure you can relax and watch the sunset over the lake
Note: Pool solar heating is provided free of charge but additional electric heating is charged at $25 per day.
The Hot Tub Heating is included in the price of the rental. This is Heated by a Natural Gas heater to ensure rapid heating on cooler nights.
The pool is equipped with three heating systems solar, electric and gas. The gas heating system provides rapid heat up of the hot tub even in the coldest of weather.
Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from Disney property. Just minutes from Margaretaville, and the shops and resturants on the 192.
This villa is just 5 minutes drive to Disney and 1 minute from Formosa Shopping Village which boasts a number of excellent family restaurants and shops. It is also 1/2 mile to some superb golf courses, including a PGA championship course.

The pool was amazing! We had a few minor issues but someone came out to take a look the very next day. Having all the extra space with 2 families staying there was perfect! Everyone had their own space and enjoyed the trip.

We planned a trip for 10 in our family. We are Disney enthusiasts and are owners in Disney Vacation Club so usually stay in multiple units at our home resort on Disney property. Booking a home for us this time was a new experience as we wanted to do non-Disney things this trip. I have to say that this home is fabulous! We had plenty of space for our group and enjoyed all the amenities. We especially loved the outdoor pool space and the game room. Lots of fun was had just staying in and spending some time at the home. We will definitely try to book here in the future if the same type of need arises.The home is conveniently located to many attractions. Extremely close to Disney (even though we skipped that this time) and we had easy drives to Universal. There was also plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. Loved the security of the gated community as well. Thank you Gary for an excellent stay!

The pool and patio deck was the best part. So big and so deep and functioning outdoor kitchen and spa. Loved it. The rooms are very spacious as well and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook for a large family. Warning not to park on the street or you will get towed. Luckily the driveway is enormous.
