Location perfect, staff really friendly and helpful, room clean. The only issue was that the bathroom light worked only when the main light was on, which was interesting at 3am!
Breakfast is of really good quality and has lots of choices for a continental breakfast.
bathroom light.

Location is great. Close to cafes, shops and in center of Ponteland.
Very basic rooms, no air conditioning and felt more like a shared house than a hotel or b&b
