The room is clean and comfortable in general. Good AC and fan. Very nice co-working space for house guest. My second time in Oaxaca during Dia Muertos period and I find the hotel to be better established than some I stayed before.
The night club in the same block (I think it's named REPÚBLICA COZANA) is really noisy; the club uses subwoofers so the floor vibrates). You would be getting noises as late as 3:30am (the night when I left). Expect to bring earplugs (luckily I always do) or you would be able to sleep really well.

The best location in town! Close to everything In a nice quiet street.
The staff were extremely nice and helped with everything.
The room has been cleaned every day.
The rooms and the shared areas designed really nicely!
The electricity went off for a whole day in the neighborhood and the generator of the hostel provided electricity to the entrance only (the rooms had no light at all)

It’s really unique and close to zocalo. Clean and artistic. Rooms are very spacious. Shower is great!
The beds are super hard. The bar is a little loud but it’s México 🙂

The location of the hotel is great!... Rooms are decent, could be a bit cleaner, unfortunately I did find a few silverfish around my room... Nothing bad but I think if you're looking for beauty this is not the place. Confortable , convenient , inexpensive.
Cleaness should be a bit better. Room finishes are not high-end so don't expect luxury. I found a few silverfish in my room which I don't like to see. Otherwise it's convenient and inexpensive.
