Unpleasant stay with missing business meetings, left earlier because of very poor conditions

Location is quite good

I will mention several constant problems about this accommodation: - heaters did not work first morning I was there, problem was solved after several hours and a few calls through Booking, because the owners had never respond any calls, mine and Booking's calls; - in the accommodation there was no hot water - this destroyed my business plans completely and lack of understanding and reaction made me to leave on Saturday instead of Sunday. Due to this problems, they kept me hopeless by the afternoon. These problems were approved and confessed 17 days later there is no compensation and communication at all; - Bathroom door was not possible to close completly and from outside everything in the toilet is visable directly - very unconfortable; - Clinliness in the kitchen, bathroom and the bed was not really good; - Table with chairs on the pictures were not available, at all. I do not recommand: - Trustable platform as Booking.com to keep cooperation with so low quality accommodation and - to all the guests - never to trust this place, because such problems I found out many years ago

Good

Location was close to amall and train station, goodlighting and ventilation(windows) l also likes the system to the door that l do not need jeys because l might forget them home or loose them there was a code. I loved the room in general everything was there except for an oven and bigger stove since l love cooking but in general it was good

Wifi network was bad/poor, lack of Cleaning equipment mop, broom, less equipment in the kitchen(cutting knives), the sofa bed was making a lot of (squiky)noise which was a bit uncomefortable

Exceptional

Near to the city center great communication with the owner

7 / 10

Ok-ish, but a lot of room for improvement.

A good option for a modest stay in Bydgoszcz for low costs. Although tiny, apartment has all the facilities needed (not sure about the iron & wi-fi), presence of a small kitchenette is definitely a plus: you can cook your own basic food or warm it up in the microwave.

Place needs immediate renovation. The apartment was cleaned-up, but you can see that the place has been through a lot: the walls have some stains after a close inspection, the pillows are really worn off and you almost cannot feel them when sleeping. The coach fits the apartment in size, but in my opinion - also should be changed, it's squeaks. What would be a nice suggestion for the hosts is to consider offering a parking option inside the apartment patio: the parking spaces outside (across the street) are inconvenient when it comes to carrying luggage and seems to be not safe to leave the car.
