About this apartment rental
This cozy property has all you need for a relaxing vacation on the Outer Cape and all it has to offer. Located on beautiful Drummer Cove with spectacular sunset views. It's ideal for singles or a couple. Ideal location. The 300 square foot condo consists of two connected rooms, the larger room has a full size bed, fireplace, closet, dining area and a well-stocked kitchenette for your simple cooking needs. The living room area is separated by a door and window shade and has a queen pullout sofa and cable TV. The bathroom is directly off the living room, as is the double slider doors leading out to an exclusive use patio garden with ever changing marsh views.
Directly across the access road on RT 6 is the bike path, the famous PB Boulangerie Bakery & Bistro and Lecount Hollow Road leading to the national seashore beaches and kettle ponds. Wellfleet Center is three miles down RT 6 and Provincetown is 25 minutes away.
There is one assigned parking spot and two shared guest spots available.

Come for the views- this is an amazing spot. Loved waking up to the water. The space is very small and bed is really small for two people (be aware it is full sized not queen - it does say that in the description but I missed it. There is a queen sized pullout couch which maybe we would sleep on next time instead as I would totally come back. The kitchen is small but functional. Anne was extremely responsive. Beautiful art and photography around the unit, some of which Anne took herself (she is a photographer).

Anne was a terrific and thoughtful host. We were out a ton, as friends rented different houses, for the same time period. The condo was welcoming when we got back. The view of the cove is lovely. It was clean and well stocked. I hope to come back in September, some time.

The location is central to everything in Wellfleet. The check-in process was easy and as expected. The communication process with the owner was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy.

Property could use a bit of sprucing up (ex: beach chairs were dirty and rusted through). Also location could be difficult to find for some. Better directions and location marking would help.Otherwise the cottage was fine but sufficient for our needs.
