Location was great. Very close approximately 200 meters to a local beach which we swam in first day. Short walk to town and Nikiti beach.
Hosts were terrific, attentive, and responsive made us feel very much at home. Home was modern clean and well kept. Had all the necessary supplies needed. Hot water was always available and washing machine access was granted. Temperature controls were great. With in 15-20 minutes of a number of amazing bleat water beaches to choose from on both sides of sithoina.
Nothing really comes to mind that was a major issue. We went in mid to late October. So was very quiet slow season time of the year. But that had nothing to do with the property. And the silence was nice.

Location, close to beach and the harbour area with all the restaurants. Good parking in front. Quiet street. Good size balcony. Kitchen equipment was enough. Bathroom size was great.
TV mostly for german speakers.
Nobody came to clean in 7 days.
Ant invasion daily because of some breadcrumbs.
Limited storage spage for clothes.
A/C is pretty noisy and not maintained.
Overpriced for what it offers - paid 1k euro for 6 nights - was expecting more at this price.
