Mike’s Chatham house is both updated and quaint. We’ve rented homes in many area of the east coast and have been traveling to Chatham for over 40 years, so we have lots of rental experience. We were pleasantly impressed. This house is appointed perfectly for rentals. We were comfortable and pampered there. Mike was very responsive from pre to post rental. Area is charming and quiet. Close to beaches and downtown area. Would definitely rent from Mike again.

I thought it was very cozy and comfortable and accommodated me for what I needed. It was a little expensive but that’s what they’re getting over there. If you look around there are other places that are a lot more expensive for a lot less so I do think the price is fair considering that’s what they can get. I have to say the neighbors were very nice as well. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Great location.

The communication was fantastic and they were very accommodating. The location is great for a walk to the beach. It was also very easy to get anywhere in Cape Cod.
