The breakfast was good.
Their parking garage was full. I had to park my car far away about 2KM.

My request to the front office/reception staff is still pending.I was waiting at reception after checking out for 3 hrs and the reply was she was busy.

Everything, particularly the location next to the water which made for great evening walks. The bathroom and bed were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. It had a nice terrace to sit outside for coffee.
I cannot mention one single thing that I did not like.

Modern.
Was sold as lake view. Instead we had a view of a part of the marina but mainly an office block directly opposite. In fact, there was no view of a lake at all. I queried this with the staff and was told it couple have been lake or marina view - this was not what we booked and paid for.
The window in the room occupied on half of the wall but the curtain covered the whole wall, so imagine our surprise when we pulled back the curtains in the morning to find a bare concrete area on the other half of the wall.
The sink was blocked upon our arrival and needed maintenance to fix it.
No fridge in the room.
Very basic fittings for supposedly a superior quality room and certainly far too basic for the price charged.
Uncomfortable pillows.
The WiFi did not work.
Breakfast was not included; again, for the cost of the room this should have been!
Soap dispenser in shower did not work. I requested it be replaced or fixed but this was not done.
Only three coat hangers for two people.
Despite having the ‘do not disturb’ light clearly illuminated, a member of staff let herself in while I was getting dressed from having a shower.
