Renovations to kitchen dining living area recent. Fully equipped kitchen with Marri centre island bench and open plan living area. Pot belly stove/fire.
Outside area includes upstairs balcony and downstairs lounging area as well as table/bbq area.
Gardens and lawn surround the house and the home paddock is safely fenced off from other paddocks and dams.
Views from the house encompass the gardens and dams and extend to pristine
National Forrest at rear of the 7 acre property which includes beautiful bush walks.
Kangaroos and ducks at sunset.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The rooms and beds were all very comfortable. The living areas were fabulous. The fire in the living room warmed the whole area and made a very cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was a delight to be in with everything that you need. The surrounding property was beautiful with a well fenced area around the house for keeping our dog safe with plenty of room to run around. Communication with the host was excellent. All information was provided and clearly outlined expectations. I would definitely stay again.

Was very easy from the moment we picked this property to get a quick response. All information provided. Beautiful scenery, clean home. Fires every evening was added bonus and being able to bring our fur child aswell. It was peaceful and quiet. Great location close to dunsborough shops. Would definately love to come back.

What a stunning and peaceful property! We had such an amazing stay at Little John and it was the cosy break we really needed. The owners were super friendly and open with communication and check in was a breeze. Aside from being GORGEOUS, the property has absolutely everything you could want or need. Be aware there’s no wifi (but I don’t think you’ll need it). We made use of the board games and watched one of the available DVDs on one wet but cosy evening. Our little doggo boy absolutely loved being able to run free in the gardens- the fully fenced property is such a brilliant thing to have, to know the dog is safe and can’t escape or get lost. We didn’t use the back paddock as we weren’t sure of the fencing for that section however all the nooks and crannies of the main house garden were more than enough in terms of enticing sniff spots. SO MANY kangaroos at dawn and dusk and not a single bad view from any window or corner of the property. HIGHLY recommend for a peaceful, restful, easy and beautiful stay.

Lovely property perfect mix of modern faculties mixed with country surrounding. Host was always quick to respond to queries and very friendly. Check in and out was easy.
