The staff were spectacular, really lovely and friendly and helpful. The amenities are older but perfectly functional.
There's a lot of ambient noise, but the hotel proactively provide earplugs in each room.

I liked that it was just next to bus stops and not too far from Footscray station.
The property and staff itself are okay, it’s the people that are outside around in the immediate area outside the hotel that give bad vibes (likely mental health issues??) and it can feel a touch sketchy in the later parts of the night

Great location, quiet room despite its proximity to the road, it had everything we needed for our stay.

Was clean and presentable. Bed was good. Quirky way of powering up the A/C
The shower was less than luke warm. There is no information regarding having to pay an extra $100 for a "bond" at check-in. The room was over a pub not described in "Booking.com"
