Someone was available to help us get to the garage.
After a long day traveling and only 15 mins left to dinner service. The employee covering dinner service poured us a couple of bowls of Iceland’s famous soup and it was perfect and comforting. Understanding she was getting ready to close, she was sweet to serve us and we very much appreciated it. Thank you
The hotel is nice and modern. The continental breakfast was perfect. For having no reception desk- they ran it flawless and no complaints.

The room was nice. The breakfast was very good. The parking was secure.
There were a few maintenance issues in room like peeling wallpaper.

Pros:
+ Underground parking
+ Good for a quick stay
+ Comfortable beds
+ Hot soup as an option to buy in the evening when you have a late flight.
Cons:
- small room (although we might have chosen the smallest available because of the price)
- breakfast needs a bit more options to chose from
- no place to store your clothes in the room (again, there might be bigger room options)

Cleanliness
I wasn’t informed on a change of room, so after a long day travel I could not enter my room, it took 3 attempts on the phone just to learn that they had changed my room without informing me. The price of almost 500 euros for one night in such a simple hotel/basic facility is FAR too expensive.
