Reasonably priced. Quiet despite the area making me think it would be noisy. Large room and shower. Big tv. Not luxury but good standard. Plenty of parking.
The blind at the windows let too much light in.

Super friendly staff, very handy for Radio2’s festival at Stirling, Falkirk wheel and exploring the area.
No breakfast facilities but did know that, handy McDonald’s was very close

nice clean rooms fantastic shower and large tv
this is not a dislike it's a niggle as the building is a converted office block the sound proofing is not great you hear every floor board move and very noisy if people moving up and down open stairs .As I said it's not a complaint it's just a minor niggle
