We have an exclusive beach, there can be canoe trips, hiking, and sports.
This is a great place to stay in Santarém, with access to the city's waterfront and to the main sights.

If you are looking for an ample, spacious and cozy place, we have the ideal option, in a development arranged in 3 floors, with access of 50 meters to Orla de Santarém and an exclusive beach
Guest Rating:
Guests will have access to all internal and external areas of the house.
They will be able to enjoy living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom, laundry area, barbecue area, children's play area, garage and will have access to the Tapajós River and private beach, in addition to all rooms / suites announced .

Nearby we have excellent supermarkets (CR for example), 2 of the best restaurants in the city (Piracema and Nossa Casa for example) are just a few meters away.
In the surroundings there are excellent daytime leisure options (Orla, lookout point, museum and sights) and nightlife (Boteco do Sorriso, Marcotinho Brewery, Bar Mascotão, among others).
Other information:
- There are king size beds, couple's box bed, single bed, sofa bed, hammocks and extra mattresses, arranged in the 4 rooms offered in the house.
- All furniture, kitchen and BBQ utensils and all the electro-electronics (stove, refrigerator, microwave, TV, cable channels, wifi, etc.) will be available.
- Distance to Beach: a few steps (the house is on the river's edge, literally)

Adoramos a estadia em sua casa de temporada, tivemos o melhor tratamento possível dos proprietários, muito acima do esperado, muito melhor que muito hotel em que já nos hospedamos. Gostaria de agradecer por tudo de maravilhoso que havia na casa e recomendo muito para todos que queiram uma excelente casa de temporada para ficarem em Santarém

Desde a nossa chegada até a nossa partida nossos anfitriões sempre foram muito atenciosa conosco. É uma bela casa à beira-mar, habitada por uma família incrível que nos fez sentir em casa! Obrigado pela sua gentileza! Não nos esqueceremos de você!

Foi um achado essa casa de temporada em Santarém, porque a maioria dos sites apontam apenas para Alter do Chão. Ficando nesta tivemos a oportunidade de curtir ao máximo as coisas boas de Santarém, além de ir facilmente a Alter e a outras praias. recomendo!

Nem pense em hotel ou outra casa na Cidade de Santarém, simplesmente não há melhor lugar do que este. Fiquei lá agora em janeiro com mais 12 pessoas, local excelente, além de muito bonito, amplo e confortável. Recomendo para todos que pretendem ir a Santarém ou Alter do Chão, que fiquem hospedados neste imóvel
