We arrived at 6am and were unable to check in until 2pm however the staff let us leave our bags and use their facilities to freshen up and we were able to relax by the pool before our tour started which made a world of difference. They even prepared some snacks and food for our tour for us to take with us. Communication was clear throughout and we booked a tour through the homestay which was excellent. The staff were lovely and food in the restaurant very good. Very close to trang a lake also.
