About this house rental
Relax in our spacious home in the perfect central Cape Cod location! A short bike ride or 4 minute drive to Craigville Beach. A BEACH PASS for Barnstable beaches is provided.
OUTDOOR AREAS: our house is at the end of a private road - surrounded by trees. The expansive side patio has a fire pit, outdoor shower, and comfy lounge chairs. The deck overlooking the backyard is a perfect place for outdoor dining & sunning - or enjoy reading on the rocking chairs on the front porch.
AMENITIES: fully equipped, our home has what you need for indoor & outdoor fun! Gas grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, lawn games, 4 bicycles, foosball - and more. The kitchen has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, blender, ice cream maker, crock pot, basic spices, sugar, flour, coffee, etc.
FIRST FLOOR: this is the hub of your vacation home, with an open kitchen-dining-family room (with gas fireplace), as well as a separate living room, laundry and half bath. The dining table expands to seat 10.
SECOND FLOOR: large primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom; as well as 2 more queen bedrooms and a shared full guest bath.
THIRD FLOOR: the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds – and loads of privacy. This room does not rent in the winter, as there is no heat. (Please note the first step of the stairs is open in this bedroom, so not recommended for young children.)
BASEMENT: another large family room provides the perfect place for both adults or children - with TV, foosball, ping pong, DVDs & board games.
PARKING: 3 cars can park in the driveway and 1 in the garage.
LOCATION: Centerville offers the perfect central location to explore the Cape. Just minutes away you’ll find beaches, biking, freshwater lakes, whale watching, restaurants, shopping - & more! For day trips to Nantucket & Martha’s Vineyard, the ferries are only 10 minutes away in Hyannis.
LOCAL ACTIVITIES: we are a short walk to the historic Four Seas Ice Cream and just a few minutes drive (or bike) to popular beaches such as the warm water south side beaches, Craigville & Dowses, and a 20 minute drive to the 6-mile long Sandy Neck Beach on the north side.

this lovely & immaculate family home is the most perfect landing spot for our family in the summer!!! it's peaceful and quiet, so far back off the road, with so many beautiful fully grown trees allowing for privacy and birdsong in the early morning and late evening. there is always a seat / comfortable space for everyone to relax, whether together or having separate wind down time. The kitchen is so well lit and has everything you need to support your snacking or meal preparation. The items they share for traveling to the beach are absolutely perfect. Each bedroom has beautiful windows that look out onto nature and feels private; everyone said that their beds were magnificently comfortable!!the outdoor shower space is dreamy, the back deck is spacious and inviting. personally I moist enjoyed sitting on the front porch rocking chair with my book. It's the most relaxing tranquil well loved family home. staying here is the highlight of our year

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect in every way. There is plenty of room for 6 adults. We loved the decor, comfort and organization of everything. We really felt right at home. The area is very walkable and close to the beach and town center and a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

Epic summer vacation at a wonderful home that has everything! Such a well equipped house that was perfect for our family of 6. The outside areas were just as delightful as the inside. We made s’mores over the fire pit, taught my granddaughter ping pong in the basement, enjoyed the large living space and deck and heading into Hyannis was a simple trip.
