This amazing villa is great place for vacation for families or friends. House itself is huge and very comfortable. What is unforgettable is ocean view from both terrace and pool area which is safely divided from the terrace by fence. The kitchen is fully equipped and technical room contains washing machine. There are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. There is also available space for the car to park right next to the entrance to the villa. We like BBQ on terrace as we could eat fresh fish every evening which you can buy nearby. Location of Arco de Calheta/Loreto is great place where to start all the trips around the island. Very close is also sandy beach for the kids in Calheta.
Nothing to share

This accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, simply perfect. It is very spacious and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, and even more.
The view is amazing. Waking up every morning to the ocean right in front of you was truly special. The area is very quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The pool is a huge bonus, and the beautiful garden with its small private banana plantation makes the property even more unique. Honestly, it is hard to think of what more you could wish for.
The owners and Teva were extremely responsive and helpful before our arrival and throughout our stay. They answered all our questions and provided plenty of great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.
Madeira is a little paradise in the Atlantic, and this accommodation was one of the highlights of our entire experience on the island. We did not have any issues with pests or insects during our stay.
As for the few minor drawbacks, the internet connection was quite slow and was almost non-existent on the upper floor. However, we came to Madeira to connect with nature rather than spend time on social media, so it was not a major issue for us. The water pressure in the master bathroom could also be slightly better, but again, this was only a small inconvenience and did not affect our overall experience.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira.
