About this house rental

The LB House features a open floor plan, a chef's kitchen, and all the amenities you need. The house has new central AC and heat, stainless steel appliances, a natural gas grill, high speed internet, and smart TVs.
The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker, spices, cooking spray/olive oil, coffee & teas, and so much more. The house has all stainless steel appliances. We provide dish wash soap, laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets.
The property has gated parking on the driveway with space for 3 cars and there is additional parking on the street.
Both mattress Nest bedding Alexander mattresses and the sofa in the living room doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa.

The amenities at the property are brand new. The location is great for getting around Long Beach having gated parking gave us the feeling of security. A big place for us was Jim’s burgers across the road!I would definitely choose to come here again when I return to Long BeachJeanne

Fantastic property centrally located just minutes from downtown Long Beach, cruise Harbor, plenty of bars, restaurants, and freeway access very close by. Communication was more than fantastic and the unit itself was well displayed in pictures and was exactly what we expected. Really only hard part is the parking. Small driveway/alley off of a very busy road can be difficult to get in and out of.

The property owner was very responsive - the water heater went out on our third day and it was replaced before the end of the day.
Overall, the house could use some TLC as there were several broken or missing items in the kitchen and burned out light bulbs. It was on a very busy street (which we knew) and the bedroom with the sliding door was loud all night long. Getting in and out of the driveway proved tricky too. The gate to the driveway didn’t work properly, so it remained open and unsecured throughout our trip. Not a place I would stay again.
