Best pool and beach access. Located in the heart of the action 🎬! Awesome condo with the pool right out the patio door. Will definitely come back!

My husband and I celebrated my birthday and our anniversary. It was our first time staying in Playa del Carmen. Everything is within walking distance! From food, shopping, the ferry to Cozumel. The condo itself is a bit outdated and needs some attention in the master bathroom, but overall we are very happy with our stay.
Unfortunately the clubs can be pretty loud at night and the seaweed was really bad! If you don’t mind those things then I would recommend staying there. Graham was an excellent host! He is very attentive and responded to all my questions in a timely manner.

We enjoyed our stay, very nice property and close to all that we wanted, very easy to get around and simple check in and check out. Nice new washers and dryers and helpful front desk! Very secure. The bed was a bit hard for us, but the housekeeping was an unexpected treat, thank you Graham, you were very helpful, we greatly appreciate it!
