- Tasty bonus provided during check-in;
- Overall tidiness of the apartment and shared parts;
- Diego and Lucio are very comfortable to communicate with;
- Good panorama view (hence the name :))
- At least my room was missing a mirror;
- Automatic lights' radius was not reaching my door, so it was dark at nights;
- Would be nice to have a pair of slippers for shower visits.

Was very impressed, as were the other travellers passing through Sofia on the same night.

Great location! Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you!

Location is alright, well connected to the center through line 2 of the metro and tramway lines. Common parts are well-equipped.
Mattress was as thin as can be, maybe an hand's length-thick, thus particularly uncomfortable. Heating wasn't turned on beforehands and, as such, room temperature was at 13°C when I arrived. Someone also entered my room in my absence to turn heating off (although I only kept it at the bare minimum). Appliances and utilities were rusty, esp. in the bathroom, and would need to be updated.
