The staff was excellent and helped me with anything and everything I needed. The facilities were clean and security was very proactive doing foot patrols thru out the property. Safe location and everyone was friendly
I love it

My granddaughter loved the lazy river.
My early check in wasn't recognized at the front desk eventhough I had email approval. Water flow and pressure was practically nonexistent in the main bathroom shower. The shower was a drizzle.

Stayed in this condo before. I love the layout because each couple has their own bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the condo. Beds were very comfortable but sheets did not fit the extra deep mattress and kept coming off during the night,
Condo is getting a used look and not being updated. All the towel holders are hanging out of the wall. Door knob in guest bedrooms missing. Not enough Chairs on balcony for 4 people to sit and chairs need to be replaced. When we arrived we had we were not cleared to check in. Had to call owner and she had to send them an ok which made our wait in the lobby about 15 minutes. While we were out the first day someone came into condo and changed the filter on the air conditioning system and left the filthy dirty one sitting on the kitchen counter.
