Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath open floor plan home nestled among the Oak Trees with views of local San Luis Rey River Valley Vineyards. Bedroom 1 has an Eastern King Bed, Bedroom 2 and 3 have Queen beds, and Bedroom 4 has a Queen and a full bed. Enjoy the Southern California weather on the large outdoor living area complete with gas BBQ, Outdoor fireplace and waterfall.
This peaceful getaway is centrally located to most popular Southern California attractions. Just 13 miles to whale watching, surfing, or waterfront dining, or head out 16 miles to the amazing Zoo Safari Park. The property is 24 miles to Legoland and 35-37 miles to experience the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and museums or downtown San Diego. You can also head North 57 miles to enjoy Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure park. We are also close to several golf courses and just 9 miles from Pala Casino Spa, 14 miles from Pechanga Casino.
During the summer months, enjoy several outdoor Theater events, Moonlight Amphitheater is just 4.4 miles away with blanket seating and picnics, or check out a little Shakespeare at the Old Globe theater in Balboa park.

A group of 6 of us stayed at the house and had more than enough room. The backyard was the hit of the whole stay. We grilled one night and then sat outside and talked and hung out. The waterfall and frogs were the perfect background music. We also played cards on the big table in the kitchen when it was just too hot to be outside. And the rooms were a perfect size (the master is HUGE!). The location was perfect. We felt like we had some space and privacy but we were only 5 mins or so from the highway. Also we ordered pizza and pasta from Village Pizza it was so good (try the Margherita Pizza) Overall a great stay.

We sold our house with a quick closing and needed something close by for 2 weeks to consolidate before the drive back to NY. The house was exactly what we needed - space, privacy and dog friendly and fenced. The home is set up for large entertaining and hosting/gatherings/weddings…it’s fully stocked with every kitchen and laundry item you could need - which was great because there’s the inevitable moment when you realize…no bottle opener, no can opener, outdoor candle lighter…fret not…Cydne has 2 or 3! Outdoor space is great, and knowing the area, there’s not much road noise in general (and none can be heard from inside). We had a great stay and very much appreciated Cydne’s hospitality.

East coast and west coast family were in the San Diego area for a wedding and we looked for a location that would comfortably house us all for 4 days. The photos and description looked promising, but we found the home to be rather cold and uninviting. It's a healthy drive for groceries/coffee/restaurants, which includes winding, 2-lane roads and impatient locals. The house was adequate, and small things like soap for the showers, more updated games (easily obtained used at Goodwill!) would have been welcome. Communication from/with the host was minimal. We will look elsewhere for our stay next time we're in the area.
