2 BED/2BATH, 4 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH AND CENTER STREET! One of Folly's favorite stays, 'Folly's Best Kept Secret' is a completely renovated beach house with all the comforts of home. Centrally located, the home is just a short walk to the beach and the fishing pier, which also happens to be one of the best surf breaks on the island! Center Street with all it's restaurants and shopping is just one block away. Relax and enjoy the casual lifestyle that Folly is famous for, without ever moving your car! Dine at one of the great restaurants, then take a walk on the beach.. Finish the evening with cocktails and conversation on the home's large screened porch. A true four-season home that's cozy and warm, it's also perfect for winter getaways!

Renovated in a contemporary lay-out, the living room is open to the large kitchen, dining area and the screened porch making it perfect for entertaining both indoors and out. There are two large bedrooms (both are queen beds) and two large baths. There's even a hot and cold outdoor shower. Perfect for two couples or a family of four. You'll find 2 cable TVs, Free Wi-Fi, DVD, and blue-tooth sound, all to make your stay complete. Parking is a breeze with 3 off-street parking spaces including one covered space. This house is clean and very comfortable!!
Historic downtown Charleston is just a 20 minute drive away and offers some of the finest shopping in the southeast but make sure to leave time to take in some of the beautiful historic landmarks that made our city famous.

Very pleased with the property and the location. Walk to the beach or Center street where most shops and restaurants are. We did rent a golf cart that allowed us to visit different parts of Folly with ease. We plan on returning to this property in the future.

Location is perfect! It’s quiet but within walking distance to everything. Home was perfect and had everything we needed plus some. Host, Ernie is supper accommodating and friendly. Lots of work going on around the Island itself but it didn’t deter from our vacation which was perfect.

We had a great experience!!! So convenient to everything! You could park and walk everywhere! The house had everything that you could possibly need! We will definitely be back next year! We loved it here! Super clean & loved the screened in porch for drinking coffee in the mornings!

Great spot close by the beach and plenty of room in the rental. Host was very responsive and kept us updated regularly. Great experience!
