About this apartment rental
Set on the grounds of the Reserva Playa Conchal resort, home of the Westin Golf Resort & Spa and the W hotel, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
The condo overlooks the beautiful Garra de León golf course.
The unit is a very spacious 1,700 sq. ft. (170 m2), 3-bedroom apartment with central A/C, a fully equipped modern kitchen with electronic appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers, and fresh linens and towels. It is professionally decorated with Spanish tiles throughout.
Equipped with an electronic keypad deadbolt and a back-up lockbox with regular keys to ensure 24/7 access to the condo.
Prices on this site include sales taxes and free access to the beautiful Beach Club, its restaurants and bar, and various other amenities such as the SPA, gym, Roman pool, beach equipment, bicycles, and kids' playground.
Free access to the resort grounds, with access to the Westin and W hotel facilities and restaurants. (Please see the important note below regarding peak seasons).
All-inclusive meal packages at the Westin hotel are available for an additional daily charge and can be arranged directly at the resort after you arrive.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access at the condo and at the Beach Club.
Samsung flat-screen LED TV with premium cable service in the living area—includes U.S. channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and other streaming services.
Additional flat-screen LED TV with premium cable service in the master bedroom.
Gated resort with 24/7 security and a free resort shuttle via GOCOSTARICA, which also offers paid shuttle services outside the resort for guests who prefer not to rent a car (rates available upon request).

The Westin hotel makes every effort to accommodate guests of this condominium at all their facilities, including their main pool and restaurants. During peak high-occupancy seasons—such as the week between December 26 and January 2—the Westin hotel reserves the right to limit access to their main pool to registered hotel guests, and priority reservations at the Westin and W restaurants will be given to hotel guests.
Please note that condo residents and guests always have full, unrestricted access to the Reserva Conchal Beach Club (with its pool, restaurants, gym, beach equipment, bicycles, and kids' playground), as well as the resort SPA and its Roman Jacuzzi.

Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, resort and beach were beautiful. Close to towns like Tamarindo, Falmingo and Las Catalinas. Lots of amazing restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend. Vivian was a pleasure to deal with.

Condo was exactly what we needed for a family of six. Ilan was very communicative and Vivien was an excellent resource onsite. Highly recommend.

This is a great condo--very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and accurately represented in the pictures. The resort is wonderful--beach club is very nice, beach is beautiful, beach club main restaurant is surprisingly good. Ilan and Vivian are wonderful and very responsive. But, I would recommend that you confirm all repairs have been made. On our first day we found one fan broken, one toilet didn't flush, and washing machine broken. Faucet in primary bathroom bathtub may be on the verge of breaking. If these things are repaired I would definitely recommend renting this condo.

Our stay at the Bougainvillea condo the first half of our Easter week couldnt have been more relaxing and fun for Mom, Dad and our 2 teens. We zipped around the grounds and down to the beach club on a golf cart we rented. The shuttle option also works fine though, its about a 10 minute wait or less. The cart also allowed us to explore the nearby towns along the beach as well. Ilan was super to work with, so helpful and responsive throughout our planning stage. This was our first time to CR and Ilan was ready and responsive with recommendations for any questions I had about various logistical aspects of our trip. I would highly recommend Ilan and Cindys place to anyone looking for a well-appointed, comfortable and luxurious place for a family getaway to beautiful CR!
