One bedroom, one bath, with sleeper sofa; All new appliances; wi-fi, two pools; tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffle board; laundry facilities; community grills; short walk to beach, less than two minutes; right on scenic and historic 30-A. Lovely beach sunsets, short walk to Seaside; bike, beach chair and umbrellas available for rental. Publix grocery store within three miles. No cleaning fees:) I live close by and clean it myself and am available if you need anything.

This was a great location with great access to the ocean, however didn’t like having to go to the public side of the beach once we got down to the beach, when there was plenty of room to set on the beach as soon as u hit the sand. But anyways the room was great! Air was great! But the room could have Used a little more cover for the beds.

Overall , the apartment was okay, and the location was excellent. For the price, I think it offers good value.However, I do think the cleanliness could be improved. It would be worth hiring a professional cleaning service, as there were several areas that appeared to have been overlooked. The ceiling fans, light fixtures, and particularly the parakeets had a significant amount of dust. The baseboards throughout the apartment also needed cleaning, the floors could have been washed more thoroughly, and the kitchen cabinets would benefit from a deep cleaning.The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and unfortunately it affected our vacation because we weren’t able to get a good night’s sleep or fully relax. Replacing the mattress would make a huge difference for future guests.Other than those issues, everything else was fine. With better cleaning and a more comfortable bed, this would be a much better place to stay.
