All appliances include dishwasher , fully equipped kitchen for your convenience . Day bed in glassed in front porch is amazing for summer nights! The location with a view of the ocean was excellent. The owner provided all that was needed to make it a wonderful 2 weeks. The windows on the enclosed patio were left open and we were greeted with a gentle breeze as we ate breakfast. The shuffleboard provided lots of fun. The new 4 burner grill was used to cook a few meals. The nearby retaurant, Riccardi's Italian was known to us from my in Dartmouth at the original restaurant on Hathaway Road.

This listing is appropriately named the Cozy Cottage. It was perfectly maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Beth goes above and beyond with providing so many amenities. We loved the comfortable front porch to sit and view the water. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the appliances and cooking utensils we needed. Just a perfect location and would highly recommend.

Imagine for the rest of your life it’s June and you’re waking up at cozy cottage! This is a lovely place, magical. Great breeze off of the bay, everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable, and relaxing. Great backyard to have your cookouts. Saltwater swimming only a walk away. My family and I will return. We will always remember the solar lanterns on the porch that turned on just the sunrise.

This was our 2nd year renting Beth's Cozy Cottage by the sea and it was even better than we remembered. My parents spent the weekend with their dog and loved it. Everything was perfect and the house had everything they needed. Comfortable beds, new bathroom, loads of fluffy towels, linens, TV's in all the rooms, and the best part is the porch. We spent so much time just sitting on the sunroom/porch watching the boats go by and everyone walking, biking, or rollerblading by. It was so entertaining for my dad who loved the binoculars to look out over the ocean. I hope that Beth's place can be an annual tradition for our family. Thank you Beth for being such a wonderful host and sharing your Cozy Cottage with us.
