Our luxurious air-conditioned villa is a true home away from home situated in the prestigious Silver Creek area. Its position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. Silver creek is located 1 mile north along highway 27 after the junction with the 192. The villa is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or to simply relax by the south facing pool/spa and enjoy the sunshine and the views over the lake.
The accommodation, with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, is ideal for two families sharing. The comfortable great room/lounge is equipped with a 55” led television, and provides guests with a pleasant area to relax in comfort after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including - large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal + all utensils and crockery.
The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. They ensure that the villa is fully cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. You can contact them by phone or in person at the office which is located a few minutes away.

A beautiful home in a quiet, upscale community. Insanely clean and well kept. You can tell the owners care for this place and give it what it needs. Pool was beautiful and the hot tub was hot and amazing. Joanne was straight forward and accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. Can’t say enough good about this property and owners. Just the right size and felt so comfortable. We truly appreciate the use of this home and thank you again Joanne!

Very nice house with a pool and jacuzzi is located only about 20 minutes from Disney and about 40 to Universal. The house was clean with plenty of supplies for the week. The host was super nice and very professional. Will definitely stay here again.

We have rented several properties when visiting Florida and this was by far our most favorite rental. Clean, spacious, friendly, and a great property owner. We would love to stay here again!!
