About this house rental
Enjoy yourself at one of the best ocean block locations in Beach Haven! This contemporary home is on the beach block directly up from Fantasy Island, Water park & Bay Village (705 N. Atlantic Ave., between 7th & 8th Streets - see map link under 'Links to more information' below), and within walking distance to just about everything: 4 houses from the beach and shopping at Bay Village, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Miniature Golf, Ice Cream and Water Park are all just 2 blocks toward the bay. Local elementary school with playground and basketball court is a block away. Also included are 5 beach badges.
5th Bedroom suite has separate entrance on ground floor (3 beds & 1 bath).
House has ocean views from third floor rooms and deck, central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, modern kitchen, as well as an open living room with cathedral ceilings, sky lights, and ceiling fan. Oh, and let's not forget the Outdoor shower!! Pets are NOT permitted. Wifi available during peak months.

Definitely family friendly and accommodating. Location is great, walkable to stores, fantasy island, restaurants. The host provided accurate and timely information! Overall a great place to rent for a large family with kids.

Excellent location, lots of space, and equipped with what you need for a great vacation week. The host was very communicative and made our stay super smooth. We loved watching all the fun sporting events on the giant TV on the third floor (Roku TV - super easy to log into) and the multiple decks for coffee drinking. We had 8 people (6 adults and 2 kids) and had plenty of space to spread out.

Very close to the ocean and beach. Plus for the property was the ocean view from the top deck!
