This comfortable, three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath townhouse is situated on the beautiful Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, providing a truly peaceful and beautiful setting. Our lovely home has an updated kitchen (new cabinets, new appliances, new countertops), new flooring on main floor, new carpet on the second level, new can lighting in ceiling throughout both levels as well as new wall texturing throughout the entire unit, and a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Recently the master bath has been updated with a walk-in shower and new water faucets and fixtures. We also have air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Deck offers incredible views of the Flat Top Mountains and Yampa Valley. In the morning, brightly colored hot-air balloons can be seen launching in the distance. In the winter, the golf course becomes a groomed cross-country ski touring center. You can also watch for fox in the morning and evening as they go door to door for handouts from the neighbors!
This tastefully furnished townhouse is located one mile from the base of Steamboat Mountain and is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown. There is a spacious garage. The main level has a full kitchen, dining area, half bath, and living room with a sleeper sofa. There is an enclosed private hot tub room through the sliding glass doors off the living room. The entertainment center offers a smart TV perfect for delivering your favorite content (movies, shows, live TV).
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the roomy master which contains a king-size bed, smart TV, and private deck; a large second bedroom with a queen-size bed as well and a darling third bedroom with a set of twin beds that display carved mountains on the head boards. The bathrooms offer quartz countertops with ceramic tile.
Our lovingly cared for townhouse has been a constant source of enjoyment for us. Steamboat has it all for whatever you are looking for in a vacation! Besides the best champagne powder in all of Colorado for downhill skiing, there is no place more unique than the outdoor hot springs at Strawberry Park. There are miles of open trails to hike, snowshoe, or cross-country ski. Snowmobiles and dog sleds are available if you prefer to sit back and relax to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. And, you will not be disappointed by the shopping and fabulous restaurants which offer a variety of delectable dining experiences.

We loved our 4-night stay at this well-cared for home, managed by its owners. Everything was as promised, with great communication and ease of entry. It is quiet, comfortable, and for those who like to cook, the modern kitchen was the best equipped I had ever seen in a rental - a cabinet filled w spices, bbq gear, top-notch coffee maker, monster-sized fridge with ample ice.We stayed on some hot, summer days so the upstairs mini split coolers in each bedroom were wonderful!The one snafu we had with connecting to internet TV, was resolved quickly when the host called us back and walked me thru via the process via FaceTime. I can highly recommend this property.

Perfection! This property was exactly what we were hoping for! We can’t say enough wonderful things about the views, cleanliness, and location to everything! We will definitely be back!!

Firstly, Ann is such an amazing person and so easy to work with. She was quick to communicate and provided a great level of detail. The house itself was immaculate, spacious, and honestly the pictures didn't do it justice! For instance, the hot tub room is stunning and overlooks the mountains and the rooms are much bigger than they appear! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house was conveniently located on the purple line, providing easy access to the mountain. I would highly recommend staying here with friends, family, or a combination of both. It would also be great for kids (but I don't have those yet!). Thanks so much, Ann!
