Awesome location, situated just before the Parker River opens up to Plum Island Sound. This property is NOT on Plum Island but rather it's located adjacent to PI Sound, directly on the Parker River. It abuts reservation land and has amazing water and salt marsh views.

- 3 bedrooms – sleeps 6, 1.5 baths, SEE FLOOR PLAN PICTURES
- A short boat or car ride to Crane Beach and Sandy Point Plum Island and Newburyport
- Low tide brings with it a beautiful sand bar in front of the cottage.
- Inside, the classic cottage just received a full renovation in 2013 that features new bathrooms and kitchen w/new appliances & granite countertops.
- BBQ Grill, Linens, Washer / Dryer
- WiFi Internet and new streaming Flat Screen TV's
- Large yard and plenty of room for parking.
- Large Screened in Porch
