About this house rental
Beautiful canal home located in the Sea Isle subdivision. Fully remodeled kitchen. New blender! New boat lift straps available. Boat needs to be 21 feet or larger to fit in the sling, otherwise they can be tied to cleats. Totally updated.. Brand new dock, a.c., floors, oven, microwave, fridge. 2nd story deck faces west for beautiful sunsets on the canal. concrete entertainment area below the main deck with seating that overlooks the canal for entertainment or fishing purposes. Complimentary kayaks to use in the canal. Charcoal and stainless propane grill downstairs. The canal is great for swimming and you can use the ladder on the dock to get in. 3 block walk to the beautifully maintained private beach and access to all that Sea Isle has to offer including a marina, key to the private boat launch, bar and restaurant, and private gated fishing pier. Complimentary keurig with k-cups and coffee pot with coffee provided in fridge. Wi-fi, 55 in. LED tv. in livingroom and 55 in. LED flat screen in master. 2 full baths, Full washer/dryer, and dishwasher. King sized bed in the master, 2 sets of single bunk beds in the 1st guest room and a full sized bunk in the 2nd guest room. No garage access. There is a communal pool but renters are required to go to the office directly next to the pool to pay for a pass in order to have access. The owner has nothing to do with access to the pool.

Our stay at the canal house was very nice. Had everything we needed for a group of 8 and 2 small dogs. The location was peaceful and the place was clean, we felt right at home. Couple of minutes from Sea Isle Beach which was nice. Erin and Michael responded promptly to any issues we had. We enjoyed the kayaks and life jackets provided and really appreciated the outside shower to rinse off from being at the beach all day. Would have been nice to have green light for late night finishing but we managed and was able to catch a fish. The kitchen was spacious and provided plenty of pots and dishes for cooking. There was also gas grill and charcoal grill available for our use.

I have rented this for several years. The host has always been so nice and super responsive. The house itself is very comfortably furnished with a spacious kitchen and plenty of lounging space for everyone. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

The location to everything was amazing. We had plenty of room for our family and to eat comfortably in the kitchen. The options for swimming either in the beach or on the canal or a highlight. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!
