This secluded 3 acre property sits on the 15th fairway of Sedgefield Country Club (a PGA Tour Course) in Greensboro, NC. Close to High Point Furniture Market, Greensboro Coliseum and Aquatic Center, and Koury Convention Center, this home is perfect for business travelers as well as those looking for a golf getaway. With a unique, open concept this home blends modern architecture with a touch of outdoor charm. Features a fully stocked, high end kitchen that seats 4 and adjoining Dining Room that seats 10 around a beautiful antique farmhouse table. The great room is open with plenty of seating, high ceilings, a full bar, and floor to ceiling windows looking out over the grounds. A covered back patio with a gas range and stereo/tv setup up that seats 8 is perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks when the weather allows. Three bedrooms, including the master suite feature a king size bed, and another bedroom featuring two twin beds sleep up to 8 comfortably. The master suite offers a large bathroom with a stone walk in steam shower and jacuzzi as well as a private patio. The outdoor grounds are the product of 12 years of custom design by the owner and gives the house a very serene and peaceful feel. This is a lavish home that is top of the line across the board and is sure to impress. *Two night minimum is available at $500 per night plus fees.

This is a very beautiful property and we enjoyed it very much. The only caution I would express is that there is a significant amount of beautiful artwork and the property may not be what most would consider “child friendly“.

This is an amazing property! The character of the home along with all of the beautiful treasures displayed throughout, make it for a very wonderful discovery, as you are looking at all of the books and photographs from the various travels. The property itself is very well maintained, very well stocked for anything that you would need, and overall wonderfully comfortable.

Our stay was amazing! We reserved the house to use as a home base while celebrating our son’s graduation from Elon. We were able to relax before and after events in the beautiful, serene space.The hosts made it easy to check in and out and were responsive to all communication. They also sent someone immediately to repair a minor maintenance issue. Overall, our experience was very smooth. We cannot recommend this house enough; it is truly special. We would love to come back for another visit.

We shared this house with two families and really enjoyed out time together. We had plenty of beds and baths for everyone. We spent a lot of our time out on the back patio. The views of the golf course made it a relaxing space to hang out and enjoy everyone’s company. The showers had good water pressure and everything we needed to make the stay comfortable worked just fine. The living area is plenty large with lots of seating area. The huge dining table allowed us to have some other family members come over and have a dinner with our two families with plenty of chairs / table space for everyone. The living room had a ton of books, which I really enjoyed looking through some of them. What you see in the pictures is what you get, if you like what you see then you’ll enjoy your stay here. Just around the corner are a few restaurants, gas station, grocery store, etc. We thought overall this was a really cool looking house with great outdoor areas to relax and enjoy. Book it, you won’t regret it.
