Welcome to River Rose, a beautifully remodeled western-style ranch home set on the banks of the Yellowstone River. After an extensive 20-month restoration following the historic 2022 flood, River Rose has been thoughtfully rebuilt and updated, blending modern comforts with Montana’s rugged charm. Located south of Livingston in the stunning Paradise Valley, this home offers direct river access, breathtaking mountain views, and easy access to outdoor adventures.
Please note: There is a five-night minimum stay in the summer.

We booked River Rose for a family vacation & visit to Yellowstone. It was exactly as described. The location is beautiful, serene and a reasonable drive from the park and the town of Livingston and even to Bozeman if you have the time. We loved sitting on the back porch and looking at the mountains every morning and evening. We had deer in the yard every day. Our host was available and attentive during our stay. Check in and check out was very easy and the house was spotlessly clean. We definitely hope to return.
