Fully stocked kitchen, BRAND NEW OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN SPRING OF 2027!!! clean bathrooms, 60" High Def Flatscreen in Family Room, 4 bedrooms have Flatscreens, ON DEMAND HOT WATER FOR BATHROOMS, gas firepit on front porch, wood burning Chimonea on back patio (Firewood Provided), Nicely landscaped yard and lawn with beautiful Dusk til Dawn Lighting, onsite storage shed with beach chairs, coolers, and a full size outdoor refrigerator. All linens and towels are provided (beach towels NOT provided).
Top floor Master Suite with wet bar, private deck with stunning views of the Sound and the Vineyard. All bedrooms have SEPARATE ZONE DUCTLESS SPLIT AC WALL UNITS!!However, there is usually a very nice Ocean Breeze!!

Perfect trip for our annual family vacation. The house layout was ideal for our group of 14. Kids loved the full sized bunk rooms. We were lucky enough to be there for the 4th of July festivities. We all enjoyed sitting on the enormous porch and watching the passerby’s as the energy built throughout the day. At nighttime we walked a few steps to the field and beach to join in the fun. We did day trips to Martha’s Vineyard (walked to the Island Queen ferry), Wicked Waves Waterpark (bit of a drive, but unanimous win for our kids), Falmouth Baseball Game (walking distance from the house), as well as rented bikes and rode the shining sea bike trail to Woods Hole. Not to mention the beach just steps away with warmer temps than expected! Chris checked in multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Wonderful property for a multi family vacation!

Had a wonderful time great place to stay. The front porch was amazing! Plenty of spaces to spread out and lots of bathrooms. Great location 1 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to catch the ferry to MV.

Chris is a great host with excellent communication with guests. It was very easy and straight forward to both enter and exit the house, which was above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend visiting for whatever your needs may be in the Falmouth Heights area
