About this apartment rental
This is a very beach friendly unit. Clean with all the amenities. Gorgeous view and plenty of privacy. Perfect for a couple or a family of four. The beds are both queens and very comfortable. Hope you come and spend a wonderful week or more. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as garbage disposal and self clean oven. A new queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. New tile floors and new countertop. No fuss, no muss. We have recently added wifi.

Great place to stay for four or less people. Can't beat the value!!!Beach view, can listen to the ocean at night from balcony. Bed in bedroom is a Full but the couch is a Queen pull out. (The full was actually perfect for us!) TV in living room swivels so you can watch from balcony, couch or kitchen. Another tv is in the bedroom. Private washer and dryer (in unit) was a definite perk! Condo comes equipped with all the cooking implements needed to utilize the full kitchen. Books and puzzles were stocked in bedroom. We also found a beach chair in the closet and suntan lotion in the bathroom. I don't know if these are always available but we appreciated both! Also appreciated that the door is a keypad, no need to keep track of a key.Beach access is directly across the street. All the benefits of being "on the beach" without the cost. Pool and hot tub available on site. Bring a boat for just a minimal additional parking spot fee.Be sure to use the carts for your luggage! Also, loved that there was an elevator. Property is on a dead-end road without a ton of traffic but still close to all the shops and restaurants.We have stayed many places in Gulf Shores over the years but this is our all-time favorite! Could have asked for more for anniversary trip! We'll be back!

The property was well taken care of, the pool area was beautiful, dock area easily accessible. The beach is right across the street, chairs and umbrellas to rent daily or by the week. Everything about booking with this couple was spot on and they made vacation easy.
