We have new (2025) equipped kitchen appliances new 2025 including keurig coffee machine. Electric kettle,toaster dishwasher, microwave, ceramic Hob, fridge freezer.
There is a shared washing machine & tumble dryer just outside the door.
There is a communal heated Pool, clubhouse that has a library of books to share,

The location of this property is ideal. It is a quick and easy walk to public beach access points 12 and 13. Beautiful white sand. The pool is great. Everything you need, including beach supplies and beach towels. Nice fireworks display for the 4th of July visible from anywhere on the beach. I have family in Sarasota, so I will likely rent here again in the future!

A family of 5 with 3 teens. We had a lovely time exploring the local beaches, kayaking the mangroves and parasailing. We enjoyed eating in as we found the restaurants overpriced for some of the quality of food we encountered. A lovely place to stay. We didn’t end up using the pool as it closed at sunset when we would have wanted access to it. There is a laundry mat close to the unit on the ground floor (3 per load). We were able to use beach accessories which was very handy. The host was quick to answer any question we had. Self-check in was easy.

We will for sure stay here again! Location was great and so helpful to have everything we would need for time at the beach. Condo was very nice. Be prepared to do some laundry if you use their beach towels as you can only leave one total load of towels left to be laundered.

The condo was very nice and furnished, everything that you need to stay for the week. The place was clean and loved the beach chairs that were available. Now the not so good, the unit is 10 yards from the busy street. From 6:30 am to midnight it is constant traffic and noise. The main bedroom with the king bed is right up by the road as well as the living area. When the temperature is in the 70’s we like to open the windows, also there is still some light construction going on in some of the condos. If you don’t mind road noise this is a great place.
