The oversized balcony offers full views of the Gulf of Mexico, so you can enjoy the breathtaking sights & sounds of the beach anytime you desire. The master bedroom also features a balcony with a full Gulf view, as well as a luxurious king-size bed, & an adjoining master bathroom. You can wake up in the morning to the warm Florida sun & fall asleep at night to the relaxing sounds of the waves washing over the shore. The 2nd bedroom also features a king-size bed & an adjoining bathroom for added privacy. The 3rd bedroom is great for children & offers 1 queen-size bed & a bunk bed containing a trundle. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living room. This vacation rental condo includes a washer and dryer in the unit and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, perfect for your next family vacation!
With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs & an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar-white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. We loved our stay at Magestic Sun 414! There were 7 adults and 2 children that stayed in this condo and it was the perfect size. This was our 4th time staying at the Majestic Sun and love the location.The home was clean, updated decor and had plenty of kitchen items. Nice, big table in the dining area as well as a bar...plenty of seating inside. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Location is perfect....not right in the middle of Destin, but easy access to shopping (skip Walmart and hit up the Winn Dixie right down the street). Also a short walk across the street to the beach. Very nice to have pool access as well.The only things I would suggest adding to the condo...a few more wash cloths in each bathroom, a table outside so you can sit outside to eat or lounge chairs would be nice as well. Those are such minor things, I would have no problem staying in this condo was really nice! Loved our week here!A few more suggestions of places to go: Boshamps is a MUST, but go early...we've missed it previous years because of the long wait...we went at 430 this year and the wait was minimal. Beignets and Brews down the street was good for breakfast, coffee. McGuires is another must for lunch/dinner. Also Crab Island is a nice 1/2 day trip. We've done it both with a captain and chartering our own boat. If we were going for a full day we'd charter our own boat again, but when you have little kids a 1/2 day is plenty (we always like the morning) and having someone charter for us is nice so we don't have to navigate out in the middle of the day.

Our check in and check out process was super easy. The condo was nice, but there were no kitchen towels or rags. The sliding door to the balcony did not close all of the way, and there was an abundance of grease all over. The master sliding door did not lock. For the most part, it was pretty clean except for the floors. The kids did enjoy all of the beach toys.
