Host was a good communicator, even let us check in earlier. The facility was very clean and equipped for our needs, making tea and cooking. I would stay again!

No frills comfortable apartment close to the Queen Elizabeth hospital, which helped ease the travel and hospital parking issues with thanks
Good quick comms with the owner when we were looking for help with extended parking

Location was ok. Few minutes to public transport.
No shops nearby. The shower had not enough flow of water. I found it difficult to have a shower in the mornings
Also the day I was leaving there was no hot water or heating. The house was really cold. I was very disappointed as I think it was turned off on purpose as it was my last day.
