Welcome home! This modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome with attached two car garage is your home away from home. This townhome has everything you could want while visiting Fort Collins. Townhome includes 3 bedrooms each with full bathrooms, upgraded interior, fireplace, hardwood floors, balcony, patio, large kitchen, full basement with wet bar, laundry area, two car garage and is located minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, downtown Fort Collins, local parks, natural areas and more.

Our property features complimentary use of a Level 2, EV charger in the garage.

Here for CSU graduation. Location is about 15 minutes from campus and very easy to get to. Lots of amenities close by. Great townhouse, very clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds, nice layout, and great to have the level 2 EV charger in the garage. Excellent host with great communication. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhome is very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the welcome note and snacks. We will definitely stay here again.
