About this house rental
This classic Cape 1,800 square feet is perfect for families or friends. We update the house each year and this year we put in a new kitchen and floors, and updated the AC system.
We have 4 bedrooms (2 with Queen size beds), one bedroom with 2 twins and one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. 2 bathrooms with tubs and an outdoor shower. A large living room, breezeway and large back and side yard with a Playset for kids. Central Air, Internet and 2 TV's.
Located near Harwichport town center and walking distance to the beach. Our home is down the street from many cape family activities, go-carts, bumper boats, trampolines, Sundae School Ice cream and many more fun family activities.

The house layout was perfect for our family of seven. There was enough space for everyone to relax . The couches and beds were very comfortable. The grandkids really enjoyed the back yard, especially the swingset. They also were very excited about sleeping in bunkbeds together. The location was convenient to beaches and restaurants. We appreciated having a wagon to carry beach gear to the beach. My only suggestion would be to maybe get some new beach chairs and put some hooks in the bathrooms. It was a great stay!

We stayed with our two young children and another family with two young children. The home was perfect in terms of space for all of us and the proximity to the beach. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach and a short bike ride to other great options.
We enjoyed having a couple of living areas to spread out into and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable as well. The place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed--including beach chairs, toys and a wagon.

Perfect location for walking to Earle Rd beach! The property was great, well maintained with a nice and large outdoor shower. We will be rebooking for next summer!

We enjoyed our week here very much—a nice combination of a pleasant, clean, well-supplied house and great area. Very walkable beaches and good choices of local eateries. The well-maintained swing set was a huge hit with our 5yo! The yard was lovely and shady, too, an unexpected bonus on a hot week. Very nice place to stay!
