The property is a nice luxury comfortable hotel, the spa was great abit small, the rooms especially the bed WOW i have to comment about the bed because wow i was speechless on the comfort that was in that bed i didnt want to leave. We was upgraded to a junior suite due to our shower having issues with the water temperature but the staff made sure we was acquainted correctly with a late checkout and an upgrade! reception staff were amazing especially this particular lady but i didn’t catch her name unfortunately !

Staff were good, atmosphere was good, peaceful, service was a little slow in restaurant but food came out quite swiftly
Service was slow in restaurant but food came out swiftly, special requests for partners birthday were not met in restaurant, our table for dinner was in the lounge and was quite loud and found it difficult to speak to my partner without being quite loud to each other due to background noise. Sauna and steam room were not working, and very little room to sit, couldn’t get seating or loungers for the time we was in the spa. So was disappointed with that.
