We enjoyed our stay in Island Village. Property had lots of amenities and was close to the beach. The community was very friendly. Going back next year!

About this house rental

Spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom townhome in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Recently remodeled. Beach access is directly across the street. There are 2 community pools - one is heated. There is an enclosed 1 car garage. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a queen size bed. Flatscreen TV's in each bedroom. Cable and internet service is included.

Guests should be aware of Holmes Beach noise ordinance designed to make your stay more enjoyable. Details will be provided upon arrival or can be found on Holmes Beach government site.Vacation Rental Certificate #vrc22-000119
