About this apartment rental
This is a top floor unit (meaning very quiet, no one above you). Southeast corner with windows in both bedrooms, kitchen & living room. Great morning sunshine. The balcony, with patio table & chairs, is a great place to set and watch the sunrise, dolphins in the gulf and a beautiful sunset. Full view of the beach, east and west. Located just west of Gulf State Park, which means beaches are never crowded. No loading or unloading in the rain! Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has queen, both have flat screen TV's. Bunk beds and pull out queen sofa and a 40' flat screen TV. We provide a few beach chairs. Great place to get away and relax.
PARKING: Parking for a 7 day period is $50 for one vehicle. 2 parking permit limit. Must be purchased online at the unit with a QR code.

A special thanks to our host for such an amazing Condo. It was clean. It was well stocked. Our host definitely thought about so many things for their guest. We had beautiful views, were able to watch the Dolphins, we were blessed to even be able to watch the fireworks from our condo balcony for the 4th of July. It was amazing. The master bedroom was private and allowed us quite time away from all the kiddos. The furniture in the living room was so comfortable. The communication with our host was excellent. we thoroughly enjoyed the convenience to the pool and the easy access to the beach. There was a Grill provided on the premises for all our grilling needs. The location was excellent. It was close enough to stores and activity areas. We were on the top floor and our condo was very quiet. We will definitely book again. The host was amazing and we are so thankful that he thought of so many things that we might need. We had an awesome time and made memories of a lifetime together!

Property is need of an update. Host was great to rent from and the property was clean. Location was great and the view was spectacular. Electrical outlets in the MBR would not hold a plug in.

Perfect location, loved end unit and owner was very responsive. Condo needs some updates and suggest better cleaning service - trash found in bed, bed not made, food on kitchen floor and mold on bathroom ceiling.
