About this house rental
Year round Lake Shafer Home, three bedrooms (king, full, twin) three bathrooms. Lakefront home just steps from the water. 120' lake frontage with boat ramp. Lake front deck. Nice lake yard with fire pit (firewood provided), outdoor speakers, picnic table, outdoor chairs, concrete sea wall/side walk, floating pier with ladder. Outdoor movies available (very cool - outdoor movies next to the fire pit on a summer evening). Modern kitchen with new appliances. Keurig and standard coffee makers. Plus second small kitchen in lakefront room, very cute. Two refrigerators. Several folding tables and chairs. Home theatre with ceiling mounted projector and surround sound. Popcorn maker. Home theatre has four sofas that will fold out with many different options. Three televisions, all with dvd players. Stereo. Wireless internet, theatre room has internet access for Netflix, You Tube etc... Central Air Conditioning, ceiling fans in some rooms, heat available. Several sofas, most fold out to beds, plus rollaway beds, other sleeping options. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows etc... Gas grill with back up tanks. Washer and Dryer. Swimming, Fishing, Boating. If you have a boat I have a great setup for you, launch your boat right here on the concrete boat ramp, boat lift available that will fit most boats. Plenty of parking.

It was comfortable for the kids. Enough life jackets for teenagers and kids...just need some for adults. Beside that it a good spot for a calm weekend.

Lots of space! Nice with 2 master bedrooms w/bathrooms & additional bath, plenty of sleeping space! This house is fully stocked with everything you will need! Direct access to the lake was nice also would stay here again when in this area! Host was very responsive to communication!

The lake house property was fantastic. All the extras you need and want, as well as a superb host who will help with anything you need. My only issue was ants in the house, which can be an issue for the area. We couldn't leave anything out, open, or uncovered. But other than that, everything was GREAT.

Nice propery, we only used it to sleep and shower as we had a motorcycle rally near by.
